Prenatal Yoga Classes

Pregnancy is an exciting time, full of dreams of the future, doing all you can to be healthy, and no small amount of nervousness (for some!).​Due to the body's constant changing due to growing baby, many turn to yoga to help their body stay relaxed, loose, and to ease aches and pains that may develop as the pregnant body changes to accommodate the growing baby. Due to these constant changes, care must be taken with a number of yoga poses to ensure people aren't potentially injuring muscles, ligaments, and joints. Prenatal Yoga provides changes to some yoga poses that allow an individual to continue with their practice while performing poses that are safe for their changing bodies. Prenatal Yoga instructors have done specific training in these variations, and on how to lead a class tailored to the pregnant population. Classes with Amber are offered online to allow you more flexibility in your practice, and to allow you to practice in the comfort of your own home.

  • Friday morning 6:30 - 7:30am

Recommended Equipment

Prenatal Yoga uses a number of props to allow more variations to accommodate the body's changes. These allow the body to rest more and reduces stresses on joints and muscles.
