Free Health Classes

I believe in educating people so they are able to better care for themselves and make informed decisions about their health care. I believe education should be open to anyone and everyone so these classes are open to all members of the public and are free! I just ask you to let us know you are coming so we can be sure to have enough seats for everyone.
